Production process of AGV lithium batteries.

1. Pasting: Mix a specialized solution and adhesive with powdered positive and negative active substances, stir at high speed to make a paste like positive and negative active substance.

2. Coating: Evenly coat the prepared slurry on the surface of the metal foil, dry it, and make positive and negative electrode plates separately.

3. Production: Cut the coated fabric into the size required by the process, press it into pieces, and then weld the electrode ears.

4. Assembly: Place the positive electrode, separator, and negative electrode in sequence, wrap them into battery cores, pack them in packaging film, and then inject electrolyte, seal and other processes to complete the battery assembly process.

5. Transformation: Use specialized lithium-ion battery charging and discharging equipment to conduct charging and discharging tests on finished batteries, and test each battery. Select qualified finished batteries and wait for them to leave the factory.

6. Packaging: According to customer requirements, combine lithium-ion batteries for shipment.

Current status of lithium-ion battery production lines

The root cause is often due to manual operation and poor equipment accuracy, resulting in large system errors and inability to sustain production.
